Contributor Bio: Harris, Tim Phyllis Cronbaugh has seen the market ebb and flow. Her real estate career started in 1988 with a Kansas salesperson's license. Strategic moves over the years took her family to Colorado and California where she did residential and commercial real estate, spent a good deal of time with distressed properties, and became involved with the investment side of the realty world. Still working with a number of California and Arizona investors, she returned to Kansas City in 2004 to specialize in REO properties while she cared for an elderly mother. Today with licenses in both Missouri and Kansas she works with the Real Estate Rescue Network as a short sale specialist helping individuals and families make decisions about home retention, or selling when it is financially prudent. She is also President of Life Transition Solutions, LLC. LTC is an advocate for senior's privileges and rights. Allison Edgar has been on the forefront of the distressed property and short sale issue in the past years as a trainer and consultant to over 1000 nations nationally. She has seen how the current real estate issues have had different impacts across the country. This experience mixed with her Masters in Business Administration and being a licensed real estate broker has given her a look into all facets of the market and the impact of the real estate transactions occurring today.
