The Adventures of Clarissa and Gregory

Based on the true life adventures of Clarissa Nadine Townsend and her brother Paul Gregory Townsend, during the Great Depression years, 1929 through 1931, when Clarissa was between three and five years old. It was a different world back then - no cell phones or computers or television. Children got up to all kinds of mischief ! This first collection of stories begins with the famiy living in the village of Clayton, Michigan. Later they will move to the country where they will build a new home - and the adventures will continue...
