Chet Baker Sings & Plays With Bud Shank, Russ Freeman and Strings Tone Poet Series edition
Chet Baker
Following the success of his debut vocal album Chet Baker Sings in 1954, Pacific Jazz brought the star trumpeter back into the studio the following year to record the follow-up Chet Baker Sings and Plays, which demonstrated both sides of Baker's musical talents on a selection of standards, including Chet's timeless rendition of "Let's Get Lost."
This mono edition Tone Poet Vinyl reissue was produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog master tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI and packaged in a deluxe tip-on jacket.
