Jonathon Marston is a Lieutenant in the United States Navy in early1916. In Europe the old world is tearing itself apart in the greatest war the world has ever seen. America is neutral under an administration that seems willing to swallow any insult, not to mention harm to its citizens, provided it kept the country out of the war.
