Apostasy Now

We live in perilous times, in which Christians are called to carefully study and analyze Scripture to confirm and double-check modernist theories that are being thought by leaders in the church. Many will conclude that they have been deceived while others will not realize this until it is too late. The false doctrines that are being presented in this age may be seemed to be full of understanding by those that don't study the Word of God with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It might be difficult to understand why people who are in leadership positions in the church are moved to teach such false doctrines, but we must remember the words of the Apostle Paul on his farewell to the Ephesians: Also, from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. Acts 20:30 By seeking more and more followers, many teachers claim to have the latest divine revelation, but by doing this they confuse the people by preaching and teaching things that are totally against the truth of God like we read in the Bible. Sayings such as "God is trapped", that "He heals you because God needs your body", because "God is Illegal on earth." These are expressions that go totally against the Bible, nonetheless, there are many people who applaud them and follow these deceitful teachings. The fact that God uses men for His plans in earth does not mean that God can't interviewee with human affairs without first consulting with man. He does not need anyone's permission to do anything and whatever He has set His mind to do, He will carry it out. Someone once said that "the mistake is to take the truth to the extremes, and every heresy begins with a truth pushed to an extreme."Pastor Lidia Zapico
