The Prehistoric Island Landscape of Scilly - British Archaeological Reports British Series

This, the first study specifically of Scillonian prehistory, aims most importantly to provide a chronological framework through the assessment of available radiocarbon dates, the reconsideration of past excavations and the isolation of chronologically distinctive artefacts. From this basis the changes in the archaeological record throughout Scillonian prehistory are discussed, as well as the importance of landscape in determining the archaeological record.
