Don Quijote No Ha Muerto is a book that talks to the conscience of every human being, both to those holding power and to those who allow the powerful rulers to abuse their power for their own benefit and detriment of those that oppose them or even are unconditional submissive to them.  Don Quijote was born with the first humanoid and he will die with the last homosapien.  In the present fiction the author meets Don Quijote and Sancho Panza. What allows the author to recognize Don Quijote and to be a valid interlocutor to him was the perfect identification between both of them.
