Building Materials for Life, Vol. II

This collection of forty essays is a continuation of those in volume I of this series.

In the first volume, I wrote about topics such as radical common sense, attitude, relevant religion, aging gracefully, generosity, and forgiveness. As the titles suggest, some essays concern a religious theme while others are of a more secular nature. All, however, are relevant to issues people face, regardless of station in life, on a regular basis.

Volume II continues the series with essays on topics like direction in life, hope, urgency, sorrow, true worth, and simple pleasures. As in the first volume, the topics deal with matters, both religious and secular, that arise in the lives of people everywhere.

My hope is that these essays will be helpful in dealing with questions and issues people often face in life. Furthermore, it is my desire that this material will serve as building blocks or building material of other kinds that will strengthen and enhance your life.
