College freshman Acacia Alexander has been prescribed a label, "ADD", her entire life. She not only knows little of herself but of the outside world. The small town of Domain is charming but suddenly the town fortune is at risk. Despite Domain's insularity, Domain Private has always been the central college of learning in the far off Middle America. However, with the economy quickly dwindling from growing isolation, Acacia could barely afford college and she can't help feel but all the more isolated. Her childhood best friend is soon to climb the mayoral throne and this gives some hope except she doesn't expect what her childhood friend, Janus (Jason) Drought is after. It comes at a time after her Grandmother Daphne's death and Daphne's mysterious, broken will which may hold the only inheritance she has to attend college and tend to her future. Town loyalties are tested and childhood friends change. Acacia knows this but what was left in the will and why can't it be mended? Beyond the grave, Grandmother Daphne holds more secrets than all the town. Acacia is put to the test and must protect a hidden empire she finds through a portal in the earth. She also must protect an enchanted fruit, the fruit that seeded all the worlds from Daphne's ancestral Old World. There are more than these tests prove, for Acacia must prove to the entire town and empire her own loyalties.
