Practice of modern medicine is fully regulated by ethics and law. As more and more medicines are discovered along with new scientific advances, the management has become very complex. This book gives an insight in to the complex nature of medical practice. Law is different indifferent countries but practice of Ethics is the same as in all over the world. However application of Ethics in to medical practice varies according to guidelines issued by the respective regulatory bodies. In most develop countries Law and Ethics are applied very strictly where as in developing countries although Law is very strict but application of Ethics is not that strict. Parliament or democratic institutions in the western countries are the source of Law or legal principles but many times it is not possible to legislate avery aspect of life. Therefore Courts have to apply ethical principles in complex cases known as case laws which guide the future cases. This book gives examples of such situations.
