Black Girl In A Corporate World

Working in the corporate world (or any job) is hard enough but can be even harder if you're a black person. In some jobs, there are certain challenges and injustices that black people go through if they're working under prejudiced people. No one discusses it, because they think they'll get fired or nothing will come of it. Because of this, we put up with less pay, disrespect and other forms of unfairness. Black lives matter, and that goes for in the workplace too. It is time for us to come together and change the dynamic.
