We find out very early in the story what William's fate is. We also follow the villains as they plot their revenge and try to find new ways to acquire money that they do not deserve. In this book We meet some new villains as our heroes deal with the vagaries of life. Elizabeth finally admitted that she loved William the morning that he was shot, is it too late or will love find a way?
