Actually five books in one, Return to Lmuma is a continuation of life and love for three teenage boys introduced in Mystery of the Lmuma Mine. Rex Franklin joins the US Navy as a Frogman and sees plenty of action during the Korean War. Rex is charged with murder, but proves instead to be the scape-goat victim of a large political scam. Tim Caruthers is a top notch fire investigator for the Portland Fire Bureau. Lots of gritty smoke filled action until Tim finally outwits the serial arsonist. Reunion at Lmuma Mine: Some 40 years after the original Lmuma Mine story (also included), the three main charaters (now retired) return to see if they can find the old mine.
