Will Hoke was born into money but now, two years out of college, he doesn't have any idea what he wants to do with his life. Being young and single in Dallas has its advantages, and Will and his buddies have a life of leisure and wild nightlife, but this display of irresponsibility does not go unnoticed by their fathers, especially Will?s controlling dad.
When he sees the possibility that he can be cut off financially. Motivated primarily by the need to prove himself to his father, his lost love, and his own need for personal redemption, Will gets his epiphany. With a billion dollar idea, and help from his friends, they will bring riches to the world and to themselves.
Though Will and his friends desire to remain anonymous in spite of their success, the world wants to know who they are. Although remote and seemingly untouchable, authority does have its reach, and the sea has eyes, even on "The Island."
