Moshe A. Rasier, ignited by a passion for Latin dance, wanted to make a living doing something he loved. In time, he created a cruise ship adventure. Learn more about Rasier's story and the story of his company, Aventura Dance Cruise (ADC), in Dance to Success.



Rasier moved to Miami, Florida, in 2003 to attend college in the United States and go on to live the life of a professional. The catch is, once he grabs his dream, it isn't what he expected. Corporate America leaves him cold. He wants to be an entrepreneur and enjoy his love of dancing, which leads to him opening a dance studio.

What starts off as an experiment in social dancing-signing up for a cruise ship and inviting friends along to dance-morphs quickly. Soon, Moshe is chartering an entire cruise ship of his own, dedicated to dance, while becoming the youngest person ever to charter a ship for an event. Aventura Dance Cruise is born.
