I object to any of the continuances being on my request. I object to whoever forged my name to waiver my right to an arraignment on July 25, 1997.
I am asking that this case be dismissed. My ninety days was up October 8, 1997. My family who has power of attorney to sign, file, and work on my case. On October 8 they were given a list of lawyers.
They have been asking for the list since July 19, 1997. They are trying to find a lawyer.
Then Nairobi explains what happen on October 8, 1997. My family was told on October 8 that the public defender office wanted a Michael Howard to be my assistant, to be counsel for me, which I objected to and they object to.
I, Nairobi Teasley, wish all my rights not be violated. Judge Nail said, very nice, okay. Now, you want Mr. Free to represent you or not, sir?
I said yes, Nairobi did not. Judge said, now they tell me you want Mr. Free. All right. Mr. Free is appointed to your case. Get together with Mr. Free.
