Holding degrees from Harding University, the University of Texas, and Emory University, he has written twenty-eight books, including "Praying Dangerously" (Leafwood 2010), "Living God's Love: An Invitation to Christian Spirituality" (Leafwood 2004), and several volumes in the Meditative Commentary Series (Leafwood). He is married to Deb Rogers Holloway, who teachers theater at Lipscomb University; they live in Nashville, Tennessee.
