Building a Healthy Family
Bill W. Flatt
We all want to have a good family life. But building a home is hard work. It requires two people willing to learn the craft of developing a healthy family. It begins with a solid foundation that goes far beyond romantic interest. It requires commitment, emotional maturity, spritual development, humor, communication and self-esteem. A good home life doesn't just happen - it must be built.
Dr. Bill Flatt explores many of the elements that go into building a healthy family in his latest book. Review those areas in which you are strong. Develop a plan of action for those areas you need to improve. Each chapter contains exercises to help you build your family and grow personally.
