The Leadership Passion

As both organized religion and traditional political ideologies lose their force, our political, economic, and social direction has no clear sense. Leaders have lost their concern for the changes they want to make, or Leadership passion.

"The Leadership Passion" looks at historical sources of left-right motivation, theories related to ideology and classic psychological studies, as well as discussing David Loye's prediction of leadership styles in the future, in terms of psychology and ideology.
