Michelle is full of hot air. She can't believe that any boy in her school would not be falling all over himself to be her boyfriend, but the boy of her dreams falls for another girl - none other than Carly, the girl with asthma. The two girls are definitely not friends until a sudden accident opens Michelle's heart and mind. This story highlights the importance of not judging a person because they have a health condition. It also de-stigmatizes the use of a puffer to treat asthma. Carly demonstrates that keeping her asthma in control through the use of medication allows her to live a normal, healthy lifestyle, which includes participation in sports.
