Can a twitchy almost twelve year old trouble-maker seriously challenge a twisted mega rich business mogul preying on the country's youth? The answer is yes, if you're called Angela and have spent years rehearsing super-hero rolls in the confines of your bedroom. Angela's life is thrown into chaos, heralded by the sudden appearance of a dodgy yellow cloud splodged over the roof of her house in 'not much happens' Twinter Charnlea. Angela's scientist parents often are abroad on field expeditions but when they disappear entirely and she is forced to go and stay with her totally unbeknown eccentric Grandmother, her life takes a fast turn into the seriously weird.
