The Geese Went Honkers

Do you remember in Where Was The Moon. The story of how Powell the little forest owl made a big splash in Big Pond, then how the geese went honker and ran away. Well what you didn't know was who they ran away from, the mummy geese being frightened left behind 3 little geese 3 little goslings left without there mothers. Now they are all alone in there nest and getting hungry. What shell they do? The first baby goose says we should, stay and wait for there mummies to come back The second baby goose says, we should go and look for our mummies. The third agreed with the secnd option. So off the 3 babies wondered to look. Now this was very dangerous there are some hungry animalslooking for a easy lunch of baby goose or mummy goose, like Fred Fox. He could smell geese miles away and today that is exactly what happened. Fred fox could smell 3 mummy geese and 3 baby geese. Fred fox knew that if he followed the baby geese they would lead him too the much bigger lunch of adult geese so Fred fox was extra sneaky, he would hide and follow the baby geese and they would lead him too a splendid big lunch, of 3 big mummy geese! A story of how sticking together helps and being brave. And that preditors don't always get their way with alittle help from Powell the Owl!
