It is recommended for individuals from all walks of life, serving as a guide to healthy relationships and the increase of strength.1 John 1:9 states, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness". Being open about wrong behaviors is a step towards receiving healing. You are at a place where God can intervene and release you of all your burdens. Once you confess, forgiveness and restoration will take place and it's the start of a new beginning. One of the strategies of the devil is to make you feel like you are not good enough, and that everything you did in the past makes you unworthy. I want you to know that it is a lie. You may have regrets, but believing in the love of Jesus will give you peace and everlasting life. John 3:16 states, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have eternal life". The "whosoever" is you - once you believe, your life will never be the same. The Love of GodI can assure you, the love of Jesus never fails. Being a single mother of three children, I can relate to hurts, disappointments and failures. He turned my "mess into a message", as written in the "Sweet Success Sisters" book. Discovering the love of Jesus was the best thing that ever happened to me. His love began to shift, change and mold my perspectives about issues in life. I no longer wanted to hold on to the past. Reflecting on my past, I realized that attitude was keeping me in a box. If God can forgive me of all of my sins then why should I not forgive others?
