Blood and Money ...Paid in Full...

In this story, Blood and Money, the main character, Daniel Lawrence is a college writing instructor and well-known novelist starting a new book. His publishers want to expand his audience base by having him write a male oriented book since his previous books have all been romantic novels designed for a female audience. In the manuscripts that Daniel has given the publishers, it is more details about missions with spying, bombings and tortures, yet there was no story line. Unknown to anyone, Daniel has been receiving information from a former student, Terrance Howard, who is secretly providing him with details of his life as a military sniper and now working for a government contracted security force. His exploits overseas are the material Daniel writes about using his alter ego David Largent. However, Daniel insists that his main character is a fictional character named Terry Hawkins who is a made-up former student of Daniel's, who was a marksman during the Iraq and Afghan conflicts. Daniel soon learns that another former student of his, Lisa Presley, and three other Marines were captured and presumed dead. Daniel Lawrence cannot accept what he learns. However, because of events in the real world of Daniel Lawrence, the two worlds slowly begin to change places as Daniel begins to live the life of his fictional character, and the fictional world of David Largent becomes real as each character tries to overcome the horror of what happened to Lisa.
