How I Teach Welding

Scottie Smith informs current and future weld instructors on the proper way to handle the setup and management of a welding instruction program that will withstand the tests of budget constraints and varying levels of enrollment, and he even discusses how to recruit students, keep students, and help students to get jobs in the field of welding. He has herein included all the test sheets and spec sheets, and lists and shows photos of the standard and specialized equipment needed in the course that he has created at Northwest Florida State College.
