I am Beautiful...and I Know it is an adaptation of Sophie's best-selling book Beautiful Brilliant and Brave. A children's book serving to teach and support children, and their families. Through the use of positive and playful messages, a book filled with meaningful rhymes with the purpose to build confidence and resilience within our young and those we influence and mentor. Through magical illustrations and age appropriate words, we outline real beauty, not some socially constructed ideal of it. Because real beauty is an inside job. Beauty is more about who you are, not what shoes you wear or the colour of your hair.
