Though Ice was born in the hood, she dreamed of having better. Brains, booty, beauty, and a mouth piece got her into the right places with the right people where she could rub elbows with a true boss like Loco. Loco runs the city of Atlanta with an iron fist. The streets know him as a savage, but he put his thuggish persona away to pursue more lucrative dreams. His drug money turned into legit money, and now he owns what's known as "The Underground", a franchise of strip clubs with only the best strippers, hottest music, and drinks that'll knock you off your feet with one sip.
