RIBZKNIKS (rib ' niks) A sixteen-year-old Pennsylvania girl leaves her house on a sultry July afternoon to go to the town library. Her mutilated body discovered later that evening in a ditch along a road leading into town. A grieving mother utters the ancient curse of Ribzknik, which translated from Latin, means small terror. Fifty of Laporte's townspeople transformed into bloodthirsty, claw handed murderers. Years later, in Brooklyn, New York fear has become the new face of "the city that never sleeps."Homicide Detective TJ Brown of the 81st Pct in Brooklyn New York is investigating the brutal murder of a woman in Bedford Stuyvesant. The woman had been viciously slashed more that 40 times and there was indication that something or someone had been feeding on the victims remains. Detective Brown must find who or what committed this attack, before they strike again.
