Ceremonies of the Horsemen

In what could be called 'the novel for anyone who has ever despised their job and their boss' Robert Ross has created An American original about a group of characters seeking to survive in and escape from the vortex of violence and insanity that is their every day work place. With a comic style reminiscent of Catch-22 and Confederacy of Dunces, Ross' novel moves at a scorching pace with the hilarity and wit offset by disturbing scenes of dysfunction and violence. The reader will find himself laughing out loud at the hilarious situations and vivid characters but at the same time wishing that he, too, could escape from all or most of them and their dimwit boss. By the end of the book the reader feels he has 'been there and done that' and has been somehow changed by the experience. Two thumbs up!
