Kirkos: a Dialogue Between Marcel Duchamp and Josqin Des Près

Kirkos - A Dialogue Between Marcel Duchamp and Josqin des Près is a concert and art installation created by Emanuel Dimas de Melo Pimenta in Naples, Italy, in 2004. He used artificial intelligence and electronic tools for a masterpiece considered a great artwork by the legendary Swiss contemporary art critic and philosopher René Berger. The exhibition was curated by the celebrated Baroness Lucrezia De Domizio Durini, who collaborated with Joseph Beuys. The art installation shows more than one hundred images created by Pimenta, based on the various events of the 20th century. The book has the original text by Emanuel Pimenta, the images showed the art installation, some drawings of the virtual music scores, as well as pictures of the art installation.
