Young Peter Pfepper, hospitalized for a tonsillectomy, wakes to a world without people. Gone too were the bright blue skies and creampuff clouds. Mysteriously earth had become a filthy, desolate and unbelievably dangerous place. While struggling for his own survival, Peter dares to accept the challenge of seven witches.
