A Call to Review the Old Testament A review of the Old Testament will reveal that the Old Testament does not need defending; it stands on the authority of God, yet it is clearly overlooked and frequently neglected in the preaching and teaching ministry of the church. This neglect is very baffling when its claims and rights to be received as the dominant word of God are just as high as those of the New Testament. Therefore it is of great necessity that we hear the voice of the Old Testament's case for itself once again.
