The Power of Love

The Power of Love is a true testament of love and courage. Marriage is a beautiful concept, yet many families stumble on the concepts of blending a family. But it is more than an idea; it is possible.

Nyla endured abandonment, abuse, and homelessness; now, she seeks happiness at her core. Nyla believed she and Nazir could endure anything until she was faced with the battle of in-laws, Nazir's ex-wife, and her new stepdaughter.

Take this journey as Nyla faces the torment of blending a family, dealing with divorce, "bonus children," and in-laws. Her journey will leave you breathless.

About the Author

Donita J. Clark is the author of In Pain On Purpose: A World of Hurt can Change your Destiny. In Pain On Purpose was inspired by real events in her own life. The book was written as an inspirational tale to overcoming self-hatred by encouraging everyone to pursue the journey into healing and wholeness.

Clark has spent the last twenty-two years in a healthcare setting climbing the clinical ladder. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in nursing in 2015. She then went on to complete her Master's degree in clinical leadership in 2018. Her endeavors left her wanting more for her family and community. Clark's latest accomplishment includes economic empowerment, financial education, and generational wealth through her financial services business. Her goal is to educate members of the community on simple financial concepts as well as healing them mentally and physically. Her life's work has just begun with the first book: In Pain on Purpose. Her second book, The Power of Love, is the sequel for some, yet a testimony of love for others.
