Fathoms of the Key:the Journey Begins

Many children Oliver's age have overactive imaginations, but Oliver's is out of control. As he struggles to determine whether he is awake or in a dream, Oliver's school and personal life fall apart. Worn out from a horrible Friday afternoon filled with lectures from his teacher, threats from his bus driver, and advice from his mother, Oliver escapes to the lake with his dog, Leeloo, for some rest and relaxation. Before their outdoor adventure ends, Oliver stumbles across a key in the woods that literally transforms his world into brittle glass. Fighting to escape with his life, Oliver wakes to find that he has been in a daydream. Later, when Oliver gets home, he is shocked that the key he found in his dream still exists. Driven by curiosity, he uses the key to open a door that leads him into a world created by his own thoughts. Until Oliver can learn to control his imagination, he will be lost forever in the fathoms of the key.
