Most people believe that success in whatever one attempts to do is determined by how well a person plans, then how well he or she prepares to implement the plan and finally how well the plan is carried out with highly focused actions during each step of implementing the plan. Not too many people argue with this "theory of success." However, have you ever noticed that two people with the same level of preparedness and well made plans can have totally different results after attempting to put their plans into action? This is the case many times even when the two appear to be equally "qualified" to achieve the desired result. The two can have nearly identical qualifications in terms of education, experience and even so called talent yet one succeeds and one fails. You see this happen over and over in life no matter whether you are talking about successful careers, sports, educational endeavors or relationships.
