The School of Obedience

Publisher Marketing: In Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus tells us: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord, ' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.' " (NASB) I hope you realize how serious this statement by Jesus really is. Basically it says: If You Are Disobedient Then You Will Go To Hell. Many pastors and teachers are telling people otherwise. Teachers may say you are still forgiven (without repentance) but God tells us differently in His Word. Don't let yourself be deceived. Jesus really does mean what He says. And He tells us this because He loves us to the point of suffering the punishment of our sin and giving us the only escape from the consequence of sin through our sincere repentance. Regardless of what others say - any unrepentant sin can drag you into hell. Don't trust your soul to any man or his teaching. Trust your soul only to God and what He says. Duration in Hell is forever. This is why you absolutely must trust only God's Word about where sin or disobedience will lead you to.
