Bind & Sash: the Great Conflagration

Publisher Marketing: CHARLESTON, Saturday, Dec. 14, 1861: A battle is afoot. Confederate Soldiers control the beautiful city on the southern coast. Union ships sail on patrol along the coastal waters in search of their elusive counterparts. But this war of Brother against Brother North against South is not the war that threatens mankind so. Rather it is what is taking place hidden in an abandoned warehouse situated on the harbor front. There Incubus demons sharing the bodies with their willing host are gathered into a hive hidden from sight. In the neglected but now protected building, they have gathered runaway slaves as sacrifices and have begun the process of raising a Succubus Queen from hell. The Queen if she were to arise would feed considerably on the chaos of War and Death. Left to her own devices she would become almost unstoppable as she breeds an army of body snatchers hidden from the sights of man ready to do her bidding. On the deck of a Cutter, which is actively avoiding both the Union and Confederate ships, is a Holy Champion and his apprentice Malachi. Unlike the mundane soldiers that fight on both sides the two blessed warriors are aware of this threat and has tracked down the demons to the city and plans to root them out from their dark corner. Malachi, a free born teen of African Descent, is worried about walking the streets of the southern city, and facing his would be Masters. He has no choice but to follow when the Champion senses the strategies of the demons coming to a head. He must battle his fears if they are to have a chance to save the world from the spawn from below. Contributor Bio:  Blount, D J D. J. Blount has always been fascinated with the written word.
