Publisher Marketing: "When Grace saved the robin, the earth grumbled. Tiny shockwaves spread out across the universe. All action has a reaction. A fly struggling on the surface of the water sends out ripples that attract little fish, which in turn attract bigger fish. The ripples from Grace echoed through the chasm of time and space, through all the different dimensions, like a large stone thrown into the pond of existence. The ripples passed the majority of what inhabits the backwaters of the unknown without disturbing its denizens. They broke over the shores of eternity and flowed through the bones of the earth until in the gloom and darkness of a forgotten cavern, a pair of red eyes, glowing with malice and as ancient as time, creaked open. They blinked slowly. 'It is time.' a voice growled." Grace, like your average 5 year old, likes to play, get dirty and irritate her older brother. However, She has one little quirk. She can talk, she just chooses not to. Oh yes, and it is her destiny to save childhood. It isn't going to be easy though. Her existence has awoken Hermoso, the most evil being in the world. He has dedicated his life to destroying childhood and he will stop at nothing to capture Grace and prevent her from completing her mission. The only way she will manage is with help from her brother and sister. The three children have to battle against evil teachers, werewolves, an enchantress and Hermoso's evil daughter, Lilith, in order to save their family and restore childhood to the lost children of Ubelwald. Along the way they partner with their Ubelwald classmates and the Old Man of the Forest in order to survive and overcome evil.
