Twin brothers, Cam'ren & Cam'ron are faced with the trials of growing up when their mother dies from cancer, and their father is murdered right before their eyes for cheating a notorious gangster named Mickey. They become separated after the tragedy with Cam'ron taking the street life like his father, while Cam'ren gets adopted by a police detective and his wife. They become reunited at pivotal points in their lives when Cam'ron, having built a drug empire that spans the entire south gets betrayed by some of those closest to him at the same time that he finds his long lost brother who is about to graduate from Law school to become a Federal agent. As they reunite, they will discover that nearly everyone they've ever known has a secrets. Secrets that may end up killing them and many of those around them...
