You Are Reiki

The earliest known translation of the word Reiki is "Reiki is the Atmosphere of the Divine". Today the word Reiki is a Japanese noun meaning "the energy of the Universe". This Book describes both Reiki as Consciousness and the resulting manifesting life energy, and Reiki Ho. Reiki-ho is a methodology to use Reiki for spiritual growth, transformation and healing. The Reiki Practitioner moves her/his personality aside to raise their inner vibration to resonate with that of Reiki, the wave of Love & Harmony in the great universe. The result of that resonance creates the atmosphere for transformation and healing. When understood as a Spiritual Practice, Reiki Ho is allowance and unconditional acceptance of the divine play on the stage of the Great Universe.
