Elusive daydreams can evaporate in a puff of smoke when eager visitors visit foreign soil. The Eiffel Tower and pastries to melt in the mouth were not as Allan and Annette imagined; relaxing on an island off Malaysia in a chalet built for a king tested their resilience; living in a Muslim country produced many ups and downs; time in Mongolia opened their eyes to different customs and Ireland ... ah Ireland ... always satisfying except for one thing. Even though travel overseas has ceased for now, maybe forever, there is a never ending source of amazement in their country of birth, Australia - Home Down Under - and they are hell bent on discovering it. I have been fortunate to be able to read this story as it was finished and felt like I was there in person. I Loved it - great reading. Laureene Renner---Mini Horse Breeder---Gatton, Queensland. Annette is a clever one with words. I admire her ability to put thoughts on paper and can't wait for my copy of the book. Denise Sproxton---Retired Franchise Business Manager and Book Worm---Cooroy, Queensland As Annette unfolds her numerous adventures, she enables the reader to be fully engaged emotionally and physically as if they were within the pages. Judy Roberts---Diploma of Theology & Associate Degree of Theology---Rochdale, Queensland
