The book deals with the history of tram transport in the Central Black Earth Region during its independence in the administrative, operational and financial activities (1895-1937 years). The publication reviews the prerequisites for the tram establishment in Kursk, Orel and Voronezh, describes the construction, discovery and development of urban electric transport networks, the industry crisis of the First World War and the Civil War, the restoration and standardization of tram farms in the Soviet period.
