The life of Ti Jung had returned to normality, Well at least normal for a protector of the innocent and friend of the local police department. However someone was stepping into his normal life from Ti Jung's past. Jue Lin had been trained by the General just like Ti Jung. But Jue Lin had embraced the madness with a zeal. The death of the General was the one tipping point that he needed to get revenge for Ti's betrayal. Chaos and madness follow his arrival in the city and Ti Jung is forced to face down the man he had once called brother.
