Marie was foolish to think she could keep up being normal after meeting Dorian. He had a bad habit of getting in trouble and trouble has turned him into a human. Now, all Marie could focus on was how she was going to help Dorian on his feet. With the help of her friends, Steph and Viki, they try to solve the puzzle of turning him back and getting him into the water again. If that wasn't enough, Dorian had lost a pearl that had been entrusted to him. A pearl that would lead him to an ancient temple once used by the Merfolk. With the odds stacking up against them, Marie could not imagine it possibly getting any worse. Until now, being normal had never seemed so impossible...
