The Pursuit of Happiness
M P Bentsen
A Vegas card dealer. A park ranger in Arizona. A theme park employee in Los Angeles. A piano player in Portland. A woman in Washington state who has lost her enthusiasm for life. Each are connected by an absurd sequence of events, few of which make sense. M. P. Bentsen lives in the Pacific Northwest. This is a short work composed in the 90's as a middle school student for a class project. Had the technology been available at the time, he would have published it happily. Now much older, he spends his free time working on newer projects.
