The Scroll of Knowledge

In the first book of this trilogy, The Thirteenth Stone of Aaron, Rabbi Katz secretly uncovered clues to the location of the cherished religious relics, along with other smaller hidden artifacts. His mission was to secure those items and triumph over Evil, ultimately saving humankind. Eli Daniels, curator of a museum in Colorado, and his wife, Mariah, learned of the rabbi's unexpected death and chose to dedicate their efforts to completing the rabbi's quest. However, Evil's unwavering desire to secure a particular relic found by the rabbi brought about a confrontation between Evil and Eli's family, including their daughter Sophia. Evil methodically disrupted Eli and Mariah's plans with the kidnapping of Sophia for leverage as a hostage. Evil's actions stunned Eli and Mariah, and they realized too late the disastrous consequences of their choice to help with the late rabbi's pursuit. To successfully complete the rabbi's goal, they knew they had to quicken their pace and divide their efforts between rescuing their daughter and learning how to put an end to Evil's mission. Assisting Eli and Mariah are Addison, estate manager for the deceased Patrick (who had been killed in the kidnapping of Sophia mentioned earlier); Gabriel, a reformed former henchman of Patrick; and Shamar, Sophia's sweetheart. This group of individuals are supported by the possession of mystical robes that transport them, occasionally throughout time, to key locations in their search to complete the quest.
