The Oxford Photograph

Prime Minister Nancy Melville receives a handwritten note that suggests a nuclear attack on the UK is imminent. Yet the motive is unclear - is it personal, political or religious? And who is the prime target - Nancy or the soon-to-visit President of the United States? Nancy's political credibility is undermined by mysterious and bloody links between the note, an old photograph taken decades ago at Oxford University, a touring evangelist dubbed Jesus II by the press, and several murders...but who is orchestrating it all and why?
