Conall Ainbertach considers himself a loving father and husband, he works hard for what he has and he tries to do what is right. His wife and two children see him as an honorable man, a man that loves and protects them. The year is 1886 in Ireland, famine and disease has spread across the land causing many to flee or stay and risk dying. Conall watches as his families stomachs implode, as their happiness fades and as their fear of the unknown becomes overwhelming. His mind begins to weaken from the stress releasing an inner voice that whispers to him and it begins to guide him. The voice leads Conall down a dark path, a path that will make the streets run red with blood. As Conall allows his urges to consume him he fails to see that his family doesn't need protection from the evil that lurks outside of his home. But from the evil that lurks within it.
