The Perpetual Trump Presidency

In 2020, Donald Trump is elected to a second term as president with 99% of the popular vote. Even he himself does not really believe that. As the world falls further into chaos, an alien race decides to intervene and takes over the world in 2021. Nuclear conflicts and anticipated fast rising sea-levels created havoc with the plans they had for humanity and they're trying to salvage what they can. Fast forward to 2076, where Kyle receives a Manuscript written by Fred some 10 years before. Fred was there in 2021 and has a plan to defeat the aliens. In writing about his plan he also dives deep into the history of American politics and how Trump came about. His goal is to make sure humanity doesn't repeat the same mistakes Kyle has to get the plan to Salt Lake City from Las Vegas. For whatever reason, Mormons play a big role in the resistance. On the way there he meets Bill, a native American, who becomes instrumental in Kyle's trek to victory. Politics and religion are discussed at length in this story of humanity's desire to regain its freedom. To figure out the title of the book, you'll have to read it.
