A Woman in a Sheer Dress is an original stage play in two acts-a satire about a fellow called Max who has written a book he is unable to publish because he can't find an agent to represent him. As the story develops, Max meets a beautiful girl in the Whole Foods Market, in the Time Warner Center on 59th Street, in NYC. The girl works for an agent. Max meets the agent. He pitches the book. The agent doesn't like it. While looking at the manuscript, the agent has a heart attack. Max performs CPR, saves the man's life. The agent, filled with gratitude, takes Max on as a client and turns the book into a best-seller. Max, however, is unable to deal with the tribulations of success. After considerable deliberation, he decides to kill himself-or move to Florida.
